Left hand side of page has columns for Week days month & year, Month day, Hours & time of day, Number of divisions of the thermometer, General Winds that have blown between the Observations, Latitude, Longitude, Distance from the Sun in degrees, Variations of the compass. Right hand side of page has General Remarks of the Weather. On top of page "NB This was taken by one of Fahrenheit's small graded mercurial thermometer".
