Frankland;  requests for assistance to officers and police magistrates;  memoranda for arranging the Forces on the North side of the Island [itemisation of forces and location] and for the advancement of troops;  Major Douglas and James Russ regarding comfort and provisions;  constable and civilian reports;  survey of and alterations to "the line";  and Scott's notes on the ordering and despatch of provisions.
