Administrative / Biographical history

David Moore (1927-2005) was Australia's most renowned and widely-travelled photojournalist. He began working as a professional photographer in the studio of Russell Roberts in 1947. In 1948 he moved to the Sydney studio of Max Dupain where he remained for three years, during which time the pair formed a close association which endured for decades....
