Amongst owners are J.J. & N. Clarke and C.R. Robinson & Co. [Section?] "T" in place of title. On verso: "368(w) Subdivision abandoned Parramatta".

Manuscript is incorrectly titled "Parramatta" on verso. The subdivision is located in the parish of St Andrew, Sydney....
