Account, no. 1.--Showing the number of vessels which have been seized, captured or detained, for carrying on an illegal traffick in slaves, and of which, condemnation has been sought in the several commission courts of Sierra Leone, the Havanna, Rio de Janeiro, Surinam and London, respectively, since the appointment of the said commission courts; distinguishing the respective national flags of such vessels, the respective times when the said vessels were so seized, captured or detained, and the particular commission courts in which condemnations have been sought.
