Sutton, Major Banes, Cap. Cox, now in safe custody, and other citizens of meaner ranke and quality of the Presbyterian faction. With a fresh discovery of their late treasonous plots, and horrid designes against the Parliament, the army, the famous City of London, and consequently of the whole kingdome, engaging them in a second cruell and bloudy warre. ...
