A new declaration concerning the King, from the Commons of England, assembled at Westminster; [electronic resource] : and the proclamation of the Lord Generall Fairfax, and the rest of the commissioners appointed for tryall of the King, to be proclaimed by a herald of arms, to the City and kingdom, concerning their sitting in VVestminster Hall this present VVednesday, in order to the tryall, and prosecuting of their charge against Charles Stuart, King of England, and His Majesty to be there in person. Likewise, their proposals and directions to the people, touching the matters of fact against him; and the oath and covenant of the Parliament, concerning His Majesties person, crown, governemnt, and kingdomes.
