An impartial examination of the second volume of Mr. Daniel Neal's History of the Puritans. That in 1662, they were obliged to subscribe to the review of the Litugy, before they could fee it. II. That in king James II's time, their assistance in writing against the papists, was absolutely refused by the licenses of the press.
