Before the Right Honourable Thomas Rawlinson, Esq; Lord-Mayor of the City of London, Sir Edward Clive, Knt. one of the Justices of his Majesty's Court of Common Pleas, The Honourable Heneage Legge, Esq; one of the Barons of his Majesty's Court of Exchequer, William Moreton, Esq; Recorder, and others the Justices, &c. Taken in short-hand, by Thomas Gurney, Samuel Rudd and Isaacharman, all eminent short-hand Writers, appointed by the Court for that Purpose, and after being carefully examined together, and Faithfully transcribed by the said Thomas Gurney, many years short-hand Writer at the said Court.
