Water (conservation and consumer choice). A bill to provide for the conservation of water resources by the establishment of mandatory water leakage targets for water undertakers; by requiring water undertakers to encourage the installation of water-efficient fittings in homes; and by providing for the review of abstraction licences which affect sites of nature conservation value; and to give domestic consumers greater choice as to methods of charging for the supply of water [electronic resource].
