A catalogue of the dwelling-house of the Rt. Honourable General Stuart, [electronic resource] : (deceas'd.) As Likewise, The Houshold-Goods in the said house, consisting of, Great Variety of all Manner of Rich Furniture, Beds, Chairs, and Tables, fine Peer and Chimney Glasses, Sconces, &c. several very fine old Japan Cabinets, Chests, and Screens, particularly some of the most curious pieces of the old India Japan, &c. that was Sold in the Arundel Collection at Tarthall. Several very Beautiful and magnificent French Lustres, Girandoles and Sconces finely Repair'd and Guilt, Eboney Cabinets, Bookcases and Buroes inlaid with Brass fine Tapestry Hangings, Mettal Figures, &c. an Elegant parcel of Plate, with some of the most Rare, Beautiful and curious old Japan China of the brown Edge. Two Coaches, a Chariot, and two Sedans, some Jewels and several other very Valuable Effects. Which will be Sold by Auction, at the House aforesaid in Hanover-Square, on Tuesday the 14th of April. To which is Added, The Collection of Paintings lately brought from Venice, belonging to John Law's Esq; Comptroller of the Finances in France; and of the Hon. Sir John Holland of Norfolk, Deceas'd, consisting of many very Valuable Pictures, of which seperate Catalogues will be deliver'd Gratis. The House, Goods, Pictures, &c. may be view'd on Thursday the 9th of April, and every Day after (sunday excepted) till the Hour of Sale, which will begin each Day at 11 O'Clock in the Forenoon precisely. Catalogues to be had Gratis at the Place of Sale, and at Mr. Cock's in Broad-Street, near Golden-Square.
