Possibly by William Andrews (1840-1887) who was a draughtsman in the Office, refer to the 'Encyclopedia of Australian art', Vol. 1, p.28, and Andrew's 'Architect's Office, Sydney, 1883' (located in the Mitchell Library at DG SV1A/44).

Dated and titled from comptemporary inscription on reverse side : 'Colonial Architect's Office Sydney 1886'. Further inscribed in mauve pencil on reverse side '615'.
