Those files whose titles have control prefixes, e.g. 'a1', are part of the original filing system used in Jørn Utzon's office, and have been kept in this arrangement. The filing system did not come to the Library in its entirety. Excepting Items 60-85, all files were originally placed in foolscap loose-leaf folders with the file titles and control prefixes, where used, printed on their spines. These folders have been discarded. Items 60-85 were originally placed in manilla folders which have been retained.
