Arthur Henry Garnsey (1872-1944) was born at Windsor, N.S.W., son of the Reverend Charles Frederick Garnsey (1828-1894). He graduated B.A., 1894, and M.A., 1896 from the University of Sydney. Ordained priest in 1898, he was chaplain at Melbourne Church of England Grammar School, 1899-1905, and canon of St. Peter's Cathedral, Armidale, N.S.W. He ser...
