Stuart Inder was a journalist, editor and publisher. Born in Sydney 1926, upon leaving school in 1942 become a cadet at the Sydney Sun. In 1944 was conscripted into the army and was to be sent to Papua New Guinea when the war ended. From 1945 to 1947, worked in Japan with the British Commonwealth Occupation Forces on their newspaper.
