Administrative / Biographical history
The Kooroora Club was founded by Major H. Morgan, Secretary of St. Luke's Hospital, in 1929, its principal aim being the raising of money for St. Luke's. The Club was non-party-political and non-sectarian, open to women engaged in professional and commercial work. Their rooms were situated in Scot Chambers, Penfold Place, Sydney.
