William Pickersgill, lead burner, of Cottesloe Beach, Western Australia, enlisted in Perth, 10 Nov. 1915 and embarked for Egypt on HMAT A28 Miltiades, 12 Feb. 1916. He served with the 16th Battalion, 4th Brigade, 4th Division in France and Belgium. He was wounded in action in France 1 Aug. 1916 and on 6 March 1917 was transported on hospital ship...
