Eva Buhrich (1915-1976) was a German architect and writer who migrated to Australia in 1939. The house was possibly the one at 315 Edinburgh Rd, Castlecrag, built by herself and her husband in 1947 (their second house at 375 Edinburgh Rd was built between 1968-1972).
