David Rowe (1968-) is a contemporary Australian political cartoonist. Rowe’s family migrated to Canberra from the Netherlands when he was four years of age. Rowe studied art history and policitical science at the University of Canberra, and contributed cartoon strips for the student newspaper. In the 1980s, he produced freelance illustrations for T...
