采用多种色谱技术对黄酮类成分进行分离纯化，经理化数据和光谱数据分析鉴定其结构。从银杏叶中分离得到3个黄酮类化合物，结构鉴定为槲皮素（1）、山奈素（2）、异鼠李素（3）。在提取过程中，采用树脂ADS-17对提取液进行除杂（70％乙醇洗脱），采用ADS-F8对银杏黄酮和内酯进行分离（70％乙醇洗脱），最后银杏黄酮采用聚酰胺柱色谱对银杏黄酮进行分离，效果良好。
