以天然提取的山奈酚粗品为原料，对其进行纯化工艺的研究以获得山柰酚标准品。采用冰醋酸作为结晶溶剂，对山柰酚进行纯化精制，并采用HPLC方法对其进行含量测定，以Kromasil KR100-5C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）为色谱柱，乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（35：65）为流动相，流速1．0mL μmin^-1，柱温30℃，检测波长366nm。采用面积归一化法测得产品含量为99．70％，收率为67％。山柰酚的线性范围在5—500μg·mL^-1（r=0．9997）。该方法操作简单，实用性强，为大规模制备山奈酚标准品提供了参考方法。
