野马追生物碱是野马追中主要的药效物质之一。本文在野马追总生物碱分析方法建立的基础上，开展了野马追总生物碱提取工艺的实验研究。建立了以盐酸川芎嗪为标准品，酸性染料染色法测定野马追总生物碱含量的方法。通过单因素实验，探讨了提取介质、溶剂浓度、提取时间、液固比、提取次数对野马追总生物碱提取率的影响。得到的较佳提取条件为：0．5％乙酸、90％乙醇的稀酸醇溶液，提取时间1h，液固比为8：1，提取次数2次。在此条件下，野马追总生物碱的提取率达到0．52％。
