目的评价间歇性高糖对胰岛β细胞的损害及艾塞那肽（Exenatide）的保护作用。方法取大鼠胰岛INS-1细胞分为5组;正常糖（5.5mmol/L）对照组、恒定性高糖（30mmol/L）组和恒定性高糖＋Exenatide（100nmol/L）组按分组所述对细胞进行培养,间歇性高糖组和间歇性高糖＋Exenatide组采用高糖与正常糖交替（每24h更替1次）培养细胞。培养7d后检测各组细胞内活性氧自由基（ROS）和黄嘌呤氧化酶（XOD）水平,同时检测细胞增殖和凋亡情况。结果与正常糖对照组比较,恒定性高糖组及间歇性高糖组细胞内ROS、XOD水平和细胞凋亡率明显增加（P〈0.01）,细胞增殖活性明显降低（P〈0.01）,尤以间歇性高糖组更为明显。恒定性高糖＋Exenatide组的ROS、XOD水平和细...
