近年来，多种不同机制的丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）直接作用抗病毒（DAA）药物不断研发并进入临床试验，其中Boceprevir与Telaprevir的Ⅲ期临床研究结果已公布，有望于近年进入临床应用。DAA药物引发的耐药问题应受到重视。丙型肝炎病毒DAA药物研发取得了重要进展，国内研究方向应结合中国患者丙型肝炎病毒的基因型及宿主特点。
