结节病（sarcoidosis）是一种多系统多器官受累的非干酪性肉芽肿性疾病,常侵犯肺和双侧肺门淋巴结,临床上90%以上的患者肺部受累。结节病典型的病理学特征是肉芽肿组织中可见上皮样细胞聚集,其中有多核巨噬细胞,周围有淋巴细胞,但无干酪样病变。本病是一种自限性疾病,有自然缓解的趋势,
