目的探讨趋化性细胞因子在肾移植排斥反应中的临床应用价值。方法选取2011年1-12月在解放军第309医院全军器官移植研究所进行同种异体肾移植术的患者21例[分为急性排斥反应（AR）组（n=11）、功能稳定组（F组,n=10）]和健康志愿者10例（C组,n=10）。分别于术前1d,术后第1、7、14、28天以及排斥反应发生时应用流式微球捕获技术（CBA）检测患者血浆中单核趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、调节激活正常T细胞表达分泌因子（RNATES）、中性粒细胞激活蛋白-1（NAP-1/IL-8）、IFN-γ诱生单核因子（MIG）和IFN-γ诱导蛋白-10（IP-10）的表达情况;并采用Spearman相关分析趋化细胞因子与肌酐水平的相关性。结果与健康志愿组相比,肾移植患者术前MCP-1、MIG、I...
