单核苷酸多态性与肺癌易感性 在过去的两年中， 基于单核苷酸多态性（single nucleotide polymorphisms, SNPs）的miRNA研究结果显示，有些拷贝数变化与肺癌有关。Hu等发现，miR-196a2中SNP（rs11614913）与非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC）患者的生存期相关[3]。SNP（rs11614913）为纯合子CC的患者生存期显著缩短。结合实验表明，此SNP可影响成熟miR-196a2-3p与其靶mRNA的结合；因此，miR-196a2中SNP（rs11614913）可能是NSCLC的预后生物标记物。在一项病例对照研究中，他们进一步发现，与miR-196a2 rs11614913野生型纯合子TT和杂合子...
