肺癌是当今世界上严重威胁人类健康与生命的恶性肿瘤,其发病率和死亡率为男性恶性肿瘤的第一位,女性为第二位。随着我国人 自然增长和人 老龄化进程加剧,肺癌的发病与死亡在相当一段时间内居我国恶性肿瘤的首位。由于诸多因素,肺癌患者到临床就诊时已多属晚期,失去了手术治疗的最佳时间。我国肺癌总的5年生存率仅为10%左右。因此多数肺癌需进行以化疗为主的综合治疗,而在化疗过程中多数患者会出现耐药现象。最新研究[1,2]发现容积敏感性氯离子通道和肿瘤细胞耐药的发生和发展密切相关,通过抑制容积敏感性氯离子通道的活性,能够明显降低肿瘤细胞对化疗药的敏感性,在诱导产生耐药的人表皮癌细胞系KCP-4细胞中,几乎没有容积敏感性氯离子通道的活动,而在恢复容积敏感性氯离子通道的活性之后,人表皮癌细胞系KCP-4细胞再次表现...
