Woven coronary artery (WCA) is a rare and underdiagnosed congenital anomaly that involves multiple thin and tortuous epicardial arterial conduits reassembling distally into a single lumen. Recanalized thrombus may present as woven-like coronary arteries, appearing similar to WCA on angiographic images.
