教師是中小學教育成敗的關鍵因素，師資培育是培養教師或準教師教學知能的過程，而良師則是師資培育追求的目標。為了培育良師，必須檢討現實的教師圖像，並建構理想的教師圖像，如能採取適合的師資培育策略，將可促進教師圖像的翻轉。本文分析教師圖像的學術和實務探究，檢視現實存在的負面教師圖像，建議由負轉正的翻轉目標，以做為改革之參考
