道學 （二程之學） 與王安石 （1021-1086) 新學同為宋代 （960-1279) 顯學， 以二程為代表的道學興起稍遲， 然自始即以前者為競爭對象， 程頤 (1033-1107) 曾明言： “然在今日， 釋氏卻未消理會， 大患者卻是介甫之學。” 在此一認知之下，二程及其弟子後學， 除深化己學外， 始終以攻擊王學為首要目標， 進而企求取而代之。 也就因為這個緣故， 二程及其弟子評論甚或攻擊安石新學的言論頗多， 也極具學術價值， 為研究安石新學的重要資料。 《二程集》 中批評王安石新學的言論不僅觸目可見， 而且論述深刻精到， 頗能洞見安石新學的弊病， 對深入了解安石新學極有裨益。 基於上述理由， 本文之作， 用意有二： 其一是透過二程對王安石新學的批評， 試圖理解二程 （尤其是程頤） 眼中...
