「要旨」:〔目的〕Rasch分析にてFunctional Assessment for Control of Trunk(FACT)の構造的妥当性を検証すること. 〔対象と方法〕60名の急性期脳卒中患者を対象とした. 入院中に2回測定したFACTに対して, Rasch分析を実施した. 〔結果〕項目1(支持あり静的座位保持)と項目2(支持なし静的座位保持)は解析から除外した. 項目難易度は, 項目9(体幹回旋位保持)が最も高く, 配点が3点の項目10(片側上肢挙上)は難易度が高くなかった. また, 3項目の適合度が不良であった. 〔結語〕Rasch分析よりFACTの項目において, 除外や不適合であった5項目以外の妥当性が認められた. 5項目に関しては改善の余地が示され, 項目や配点等のさらなる...
