The uptake and distribution of radioactivity in the brain following intravenous injection of (R)-[11C]OHDMI or (S,S)-[11C]CFMME were examined in vivo with positron emission tomography (PET) using a Siemens Exact ECAT HR47 PET camera run in 3D mode.
