Specific heat, elastic neutron scattering, and muon spin rotation (\(\mu\)SR) experiments have been carried out on a well-characterized sample of "stuffed" (Pr-rich) Pr\(_{2+x}\)Ir\(_{2-x}\)O\(_{7-\delta}\).
