背景与目的 孤立肺结节是肺部的常见病变,有关孤立肺结节最大层面的血流灌注模式的研究已有报道。但是这些研究只是评价了结节有限一部分的血流灌注模式,不能代表结节容积的血流灌注模式。评价整个结节的血流灌注模式应该更理想。本研究的目的是利用16层及64层螺旋CT评价孤立性肺结节容积灌注成像定量参数与大小的关系。方法 65例孤立肺结节(直径≤3 cm,42例恶性,12例活动性例炎性,11例良性)患者行多层螺旋CT同层动态扫描。分别计算肺结节有效层面的强化值、血流量、结节-主动脉强化值比、平均通过时间,有效层面参数的平均值作为肺结节的容积灌注成像定量参数。用线性回归分析评价孤立性肺结节CT容积灌注成像定量参数与大小的关系。结果 结节容积强化值(32.15±14.55 )Hu、结节-主动脉强化值比(13....
