目的 探讨nm23-H1基因转染对人高转移大细胞肺癌细胞株L9981中β-catenin和磷酸化β-catenin表达水平的影响,为阐明nm23-H1基因逆转肺癌转移的分子机制提供实验依据.方法 以原代L9981、转染nm23-H1基因的L9981-nm23-H1和转染空载体的L9981-pLXSN三株肺癌细胞株为研究对象,应用Western Blot检测比较各细胞株胞浆、胞核中β-catenin和磷酸化β-catenin表达水平的变化,以确定nm23-H1基因转染是否能调控人高转移大细胞肺癌细胞株L9981中β-catenin和磷酸化β-catenin表达.结果 ①β-catenin在L9981-nm23-H1细胞株胞浆中表达量(IOD)(3 649±118)显著高于L9981(1 401...
