目的 研究153钐-乙二胺四甲撑磷酸(153Sm-EDTMP)与化疗药物联合治疗肺癌骨转移的临床效果.方法 110例肺癌已有骨转移而未作手术的患者接受了该治疗,其中男82例,女28例,年龄32～76岁;原发癌分别为肺鳞癌28例,肺腺癌27例,小细胞肺癌7例,混合型41例,肺泡癌7例.110例中,单独用153Sm治疗37例,153Sm治疗后3天加化疗42例,化疗完成后30天再加153Sm治疗31例.153Sm-EDTMP采用两次给药法,其剂量的范围为1 111～2 660 MBq.小细胞肺癌用CCNU、MTX、CTX化疗方案;非小细胞肺癌用MMC、VCR、DDP方案.资料用卡方检验作统计分析.结果 单独153Sm治疗者的总止痛有效率为89.2%,153Sm加化疗为92.8%,化疗后加153Sm...
