目的 对头孢西丁纸片扩散法检测耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)的可靠性进行评价，并分析头孢西丁耐药的葡萄球菌即MRS感染及耐药性情况，以指导临床合理用药。方法 临床分离葡萄球菌310株，以PCR检测葡萄球菌mecＡ基因为判断MRS的标准，按美国国家临床实验室标准化研究所(CLSI/NCCLS)标准操作规程进行头孢西丁、苯唑西林纸片扩散法(K-B法)药敏试验检测MRS，同时检测MRS及甲氧西林敏感葡萄球菌(MSS)对10种常用抗生素的耐药性。结果 在310株葡萄球菌中金黄色葡萄球菌198株，凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌112株，经mecＡ基因检测，耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)为57.1%(113/198)，耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)为62.5%(70/112)；头孢西丁纸片扩散法检测...
