目的 对头孢西丁纸片扩散法检测耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)的可靠性进行评价,并分析头孢西丁耐药的葡萄球菌即MRS感染及耐药性情况,以指导临床合理用药。方法 临床分离葡萄球菌310株,以PCR检测葡萄球菌mecA基因为判断MRS的标准,按美国国家临床实验室标准化研究所(CLSI/NCCLS)标准操作规程进行头孢西丁、苯唑西林纸片扩散法(K-B法)药敏试验检测MRS,同时检测MRS及甲氧西林敏感葡萄球菌(MSS)对10种常用抗生素的耐药性。结果 在310株葡萄球菌中金黄色葡萄球菌198株,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌112株,经mecA基因检测,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)为57.1%(113/198),耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)为62.5%(70/112);头孢西丁纸片扩散法检测...
