目的研究Fas及Bcl-2蛋白在人脑星形细胞瘤中的表达特点和相互关系,为预后评估及治疗提供理论依据.方法收集人脑星形细胞瘤标本51例,非肿瘤患者的正常脑组织10例.标本均行HE染色与SP免疫组织化学染色.分析Fas及Bcl-2蛋白表达程度与星形细胞瘤恶性分级的关系.结果正常脑组织未见Fas蛋白表达,只有1例表达Bcl-2蛋白,且表达程度非常弱.星形细胞瘤均有Fas及Bcl-2蛋白的表达,并且表达率及表达强度随着星形细胞瘤级别的增高而增强.Fas蛋白表达阳性的肿瘤中Bcl-2蛋白表达率(68.6%)显著高于Fas蛋白表达阴性的肿瘤(43.8%).结论 Fas和Bcl-2蛋白可能与星形细胞瘤的发生和发展有较密切的关系,且它们在星形细胞瘤的发生中可能存在相互作用的关系.Fas及Bcl-2蛋白在星形...
