目的建立下颌桩核基牙式全口覆盖义齿及支持组织的三维有限元模型,为研究这一义齿修复形式的生物力学特性和优化修复体设计奠定基础.方法应用激光三维扫描测量技术和计算机辅助设计,建立下颌桩核基牙式全口覆盖义齿及支持组织的三维有限元模型.采用全口义齿患者最大牙合力均数,在义齿全牙列垂直加载.结果建立了下颌桩核基牙式全口覆盖义齿及支持组织的三维有限元模型.结论该模型在边界设定、加载方式、加载量方面更接近口内真实情况,可用于下颌桩核基牙式全口覆盖义齿及支持组织的应力分布研究.
