目的探讨补硒对克山病病区居民有关元素水平的影响.方法给克山病病区13～15岁居民每日口服硒酵母或亚硒酸钠200μg或普通酵母片12周后,测定其血清和红细胞硒含量以及血清锌、铜、铁、锰、钙和镁含量.结果给病区低硒居民补充亚硒酸钠和硒酵母均能明显提高血浆和红细胞硒水平,但硒酵母提高血浆和红细胞硒水平作用强于亚硒酸钠;补充亚硒酸钠或硒酵母均对病区居民血清锌、铜、铁、锰、钙和镁含量无明显影响.结论补硒可明显提高病区居民血硒水平,但硒水平并不影响血清锌、铜、铁、锰、钙和镁元素的含量.
