To demonstrate that exosomes (exo) could increase the therapeutic index of doxorubicin (DOX).
Exosomes were characterized by nanoparticle tracking analysis and western blot. Tissue toxicity was evaluated by histopathological analysis and drug efficacy by measuring tumor volume. DOX biodistribution was analyzed by MS.
