以沿黄稻区主栽粳稻品种新稻22号和新稻10号为材料,设置常规灌溉(W)和控制灌溉(D)2种灌溉方式,不施氮(CK,0 kg/hm2纯N)、低氮(LN,90 kg/hm2纯N)、中氮(MN,180 kg/hm2纯N)和高氮(HN,270 kg/hm2纯N)4个氮素水平,研究不同灌溉方式和施氮量对水稻产量和品质的影响。结果表明,产量随施氮量增加而增加,2015年产量MN处理最高;与常规灌溉相比,控制灌溉下新稻22号和新稻10号产量(氮素处理均值)分别下降10.5%和12.6%(2015年)、2.1%和0.8%(2016年),差异不显著。灌溉方式与氮素水平对稻米的碾磨及外观品质无显著影响;籽粒淀粉量随施氮量增加呈先增后降的趋势,粗蛋白量与施氮水平正相关;控制灌溉的粗蛋白量较常规灌溉高,而淀粉量2个...
