Patients with OSAS may have systemic hypertension (HT), as indicated in the paper, and systemic HT has a significant effect on CT, as shown in a previous study. 5 Therefore, it would be better to measure systemic arterial pressure in patients with OSAS and control the effect of arterial pressure in statistical analyses.
