Khaled Moustafa, 22, and Ali Kassab, 27, took a loaded revolver to CBD panels in Brunswick in 2011. They were angry about money owed to them by Moustafa's cousin Ahmed Mohamad. The judge told the Supreme Court the pair "took the law into their own hands" and things "escalated out of control".
