利用单菌落挑选与划线培养技术,从硒矿区土壤样品中分离纯化真菌。通过摇床发酵培养,提取制备发酵样品。采用MTT法,用MDA-MB-231细胞、Hela细胞、SMMC-7721细胞测试发酵样品的抗肿瘤活性。从采自湖北恩施全球唯一独立硒矿床区的6个不同土样中分离真菌73株。其中,对人宫颈癌Hela细胞的IC50小于90μg/mL的菌株32株,对人乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞的IC50小于90μg/mL的菌株13株,对人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞的IC50小于90μg/mL的菌株9株。这些活性菌株为筛选抗肿瘤天然产物提供了良好的药源菌株。
