S431.191%Q945; [目的]探讨樱桃番茄苗期对淹水胁迫的响应机制,为热带地区反季节露地樱桃番茄的抗涝渍栽培提供参考.[方法]试验以5个不同的樱桃番茄品种作为材料,采用盆栽方式,以正常水分管理作为对照(CK),测定不同淹水天数后樱桃番茄苗期地上部和地下部的形态特征指标,以及叶片叶绿素荧光参数等指标,分析淹水胁迫对樱桃番茄苗期形态特征及叶绿素荧光参数的影响.[结果]淹水胁迫显著降低了樱桃番茄的株高、茎粗、叶面积、叶片数和叶片SPAD值,但对叶片厚度没有显著影响.淹水处理对樱桃番茄根系直径没有显著影响,但显著增加了红妃6号和台湾赞美的根系体积;淹水处理显著增加了红妃6号的根长与根系表面积,但显著降低了千禧的根长和根表面积.淹水后,樱桃番茄叶片初始荧光(Fo)和非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)增...
