【目的】探讨施肥对采煤塌陷复垦土壤理化性状和细菌群落结构的影响,为复垦土壤培肥提供参考。【方法】以山西省晋城市采煤塌陷区复垦土壤为对象,设置不施肥(对照CK)、有机肥(M)、无机肥(W)、50%有机+50%无机肥(WM)4个不同施肥处理。采用Illumina高通量测序平台研究了不同施肥对细菌群落结构的影响,并分析了细菌群落结构变化与土壤理化性质的相关性。【结果】与CK相比,①M、WM处理显著(p<0.05)增加了1~2 mm团聚体比例,降低了0.053~0.25 mm、<0.053 mm的团聚体比例。②M处理显著(p<0.05)提升土壤有机质量、全氮量、全磷量,W、WM处理显著(p<0.05)增加了速效养分。③M处理显著(p<0.05)增加了磷酸酶、转化酶活性,W处理显著(p<0.05)增加...
