【目的】阐明盐碱胁迫下水稻幼苗的光合生理响应机制。【方法】以长白9号和白粳1号为供试材料,设置0、40、80和120 mmol/L共4个物质的量浓度混合盐碱(NaCl∶Na2SO4∶Na2CO3∶NaHCO3=1∶9∶1∶9)处理,通过JIP-test分析快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学曲线,探究混合盐碱胁迫下水稻幼苗叶片光系统II的变化。【结果】盐碱物质的量浓度在0~80 mmol/L时,2个品种水稻幼苗的叶绿素荧光动力学曲线为典型的OJIP曲线,相同时间点各处理的荧光强度从J点开始出现明显差异。盐碱物质的量浓度升高到120 mmol/L时,2个品种的OJIP曲线从J点开始到P点逐渐趋于平缓,并且与CK相比I点和P点荧光强度显著下降。长白9号和白粳1号的盐碱物质的量浓度与性能指数PIABS、量子产...
