【目的】探究不同生育时期土壤基质势调控对春播红花生理特性和产量的影响。【方法】以红花“百红一号”为材料,以滴头下方0.2 m处土壤基质势下限控制水平-50 kPa为对照(CK),在红花的伸长期+分枝期(A)、伸长期+分枝期+开花期(B)分别设置3个基于土壤基质势下限的灌溉水平:W1(-20 kPa)、W2(-30 kPa)和W3(-40 kPa),在开花期测定红花叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和胞间CO2摩尔分数以及红花叶片的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛和相对电导率等生理指标,并于收获后统计花丝产量。【结果】W1B、W2B处理的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和总叶绿素量均最高,其中W1B处理的4项指标比CK分别提高了37.1%、60.0%、44.6%和34.1%,W2B处理比CK分别提高...
